    Louisiana Chicken Wings

    Louisiana Brand Hot Sauce


    List of Ingredients


    • 3 lbs. chicken wings
    • Oil for deep-frying (see note)
    • 1/2 cup butter
    • 10 Tbsp Louisiana hot sauce


    Instructions


    1. Wash wings, split at each joint, and discard tips.

    2. Deep-fry wings at 400 degrees (F) for 10 to 15 minutes (see note below). Drain well.

    3. Melt butter and combine with hot sauce. Dip wings in sauce. (Serves 8 to 10 as an appetizer.)

      NOTE: Alternatively, the wings can be baked in a 400-degree oven for 25 minutes until crispy.
