Sauce: Beer Barbecue Sauce

- 1 cup Guinness Stout
- 3 Tbsp brown sugar
- 1 tsp each salt and pepper
- 1 Tbsp chili powder
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup Worcestershire sauce
- 2 cups catsup
- 1 tsp liquid smoke
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients in a large saucepan. Bring to a boil over medium-high heat. Reduce heat and simmer for 20 minutes until sauce thickens.
Brush sauce over chicken, beef, or pork, and barbecue over low-heat coals.
Yield: About 3 cups
