List of Ingredients
- 1 cup beer
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1-1/2 Tbsp grainy mustard
- 1 Tbsp white wine vinegar
- 1 small onion, peeled and finely chopped
- 2 medium cloves garlic, peeled and finely chopped
- 1/4 tsp dried thyme, crushed
- 1/4 tsp crushed red pepper flakes
- 1 bay leaf
Instructions
- Combine the beer, sugar, mustard, vinegar, onion, garlic, thyme, red pepper flakes and bay leaf. Add the food to be marinated and refrigerate. (This marinade is good with all types of beef.)
Makes about 1-1/2 cups.
