Chinese Five-Spice Hoisin-Glazed Spareribs

- 2 Tbsp Chinese five-spice powder
- 1 Tbsp kosher salt
- 2-1/2 lbs. pork spareribs
- Olive oil
- 1 jar hoisin sauce
Instructions
- Combine five-spice powder and salt. Rub thoroughly into spareribs, coating the entire rack of ribs. Place in a glass pan, cover with plastic wrap and marinate, refrigerated, 2 hours.
- Heat grill to a slow fire, about 200 to 250 degrees (F). Drizzle or brush ribs with a thin coating of olive oil.
- Place ribs on grill and cook until fork-tender, 1 to 2 hours. Brush with hoisin sauce twice during the last 15 minutes of cooking.
