Grilled Red Snapper with Avocado Sauce

List of Ingredients
- 2 red snapper fillets
- 1/2 cup white wine
- 2 Tbsp melted butter, divided
- 1 tsp paprika
- 2 Tbsp finely chopped onion
- 1 Tbsp flour
- 1/4 tsp seasoned salt
- 1/2 cup water
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 1 Tbsp horseradish
- 1 small ripe avocado, peeled and diced
- 1 lemon, quartered
- 1 Tbsp minced fresh parsley
Instructions
- Combine the fillets and wine in a shallow dish. Marinate for at least 1 hour; drain. Brush 1 tablespoon of butter on both sides of the fillets. Sprinkle with paprika. Grill 4 to 5 minutes or until done.
- Saute the onion in the remaining butter in a medium skillet until tender. Whisk in the flour and salt. Add the water slowly. Cook for 1 minute, stirring constantly. Remove the skillet from the heat. Stir in the sour cream, horseradish, and avocado. Return skillet to low heat and warm until heated through.
Spoon the sauce over the fillets and sprinkle with lemon juice and parsley.
