Grilled Tuna

List of Ingredients
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 1 Tbsp maple syrup
- 1 Tbsp prepared horseradish
- 4 (3/4-inch-thick) tuna steaks (about 1-1/2 lbs.)
- Garnish: Lemon rind strips
Instructions
- Combine first 3 ingredients in a heavy-duty zip-top plastic bag; add tuna. Seal and chill 1 hour, turning occasionally.
- Remove tuna from plastic bag; discard marinade.
- Grill tuna, covered with grill lid, over high heat (400º to 500º F) for 2 minutes on each side, or to desired degree of doneness. Serve with steamed asparagus. Garnish, if desired.
