    Hot Grilled Cheesy Ranch Bread

    List of Ingredients


    • ¼ cup ranch dressing
    • ½ cup (1 stick) butter, softened
    • 1 cup freshly shredded Cheddar cheese
    • ¼ cup sliced green onions
    • 1 loaf ciabatta bread, sliced into halves lengthwise


    Instructions


    1. Heat one side of a grill to medium-high heat.

    2. Mix together the ranch dressing, butter, cheese, and green onions. Spread the mixture evenly onto the open-faced ciabatta halves. Place the bread, crust side down, over indirect heat on the grill, and close the lid.

    3. Let the bread grill for 10 minutes, or until the cheese has melted and the bread is hot. Remove the bread from the grill, and slice it into "breadsticks." Serve warm.

      Makes 8 to 10 servings
