Make-Me-Growl Steak

List of Ingredients
- 6 Tbsp butter, softened
- 2 Tbsp Dijon mustard
- 1/2 tsp coarsely ground black pepper
- 1/4 cup Worcestershire sauce
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 4 tsp minced garlic
- 4 tsp paprika
- 2 tsp light brown sugar
- 2 tsp salt
- 2 tsp pepper
- 4 steaks
Instructions
- Mix the butter, Dijon mustard and black pepper and store in the refrigerator until ready to use.
- Make a paste with the next 7 ingredients. Rub paste onto steaks; wrap in plastic wrap and refrigerate for 4 to 8 hours.
- Allow steaks to warm to room temperature. Grill to desired doneness.
Top with butter and serve.
Makes 4 servings.
