Marinated Grilled Squash

List of Ingredients
- 3 medium-size yellow squash, sliced diagonally
- 3 medium-size zucchini, sliced diagonally
- 1/3 cup olive oil
- 1 Tbsp lemon juice
- 1 clove garlic, pressed
- 1/2 tsp marjoram
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp pepper
Instructions
- Place squash and zucchini slices in a heavy-duty zip-top plastic bag.
- Whisk together the olive oil, lemon juice, pressed garlic, marjoram and salt and pepper. Pour over vegetables in bag; chill 1 hour.
- Remove vegetables from marinade, reserving marinade. Arrange in a grill basket.
- Grill, covered with grill lid, over medium-high heat (350 to 400 degrees) for 20 minutes or until crisp-tender, turning and brushing occasionally with marinade.
Makes 6 servings.
