    Peppered Rib-Eye Steaks

    List of Ingredients


    • 3 tsp garlic powder
    • 3 tsp dried thyme
    • 2 tsp ground black pepper
    • 1-1/2 tsp salt
    • 1-1/2 tsp lemon pepper
    • 1-1/2 tsp ground red pepper
    • 1-1/2 tsp dried parsley flakes
    • 6 (1-1/2-inch-thick) rib-eye steaks
    • 3 Tbsp olive oil


    Instructions


    1. Combine first 7 ingredients. Brush steaks with oil; rub with seasoning mixture. Cover and chill for 1 hour.

    2. Grill steaks, covered with grill lid, over medium-high heat (350 to 400 degrees) 6 to 8 minutes on each side or to desired degree of doneness.

      Makes 6 servings.
