Peppered Rib-Eye Steaks

List of Ingredients
- 3 tsp garlic powder
- 3 tsp dried thyme
- 2 tsp ground black pepper
- 1-1/2 tsp salt
- 1-1/2 tsp lemon pepper
- 1-1/2 tsp ground red pepper
- 1-1/2 tsp dried parsley flakes
- 6 (1-1/2-inch-thick) rib-eye steaks
- 3 Tbsp olive oil
Instructions
- Combine first 7 ingredients. Brush steaks with oil; rub with seasoning mixture. Cover and chill for 1 hour.
- Grill steaks, covered with grill lid, over medium-high heat (350 to 400 degrees) 6 to 8 minutes on each side or to desired degree of doneness.
Makes 6 servings.
