Sauce: Carolina Vinegar Sauce

List of Ingredients
- ½ cup distilled white vinegar
- ½ cup apple-cider vinegar
- 1 Tbsp firmly packed light brown sugar
- 1 Tbsp crushed red pepper
- 1 Tbsp kosher salt
- 2 tsp ground black pepper
- 1 tsp hot sauce
- ½ tsp smoked paprika
Instructions
- In a medium bowl, combine vinegars, brown sugar, red pepper, salt, black pepper, hot sauce, and smoked paprika. Cover, and refrigerate for up to 5 days.
Makes approximately 1¼ cups.
