Sauce: Memphis Red Sauce

List of Ingredients
- 2 cups ketchup
- ¾ cup apple cider vinegar
- ½ cup molasses
- ¼ cup firmly packed light brown sugar
- 1 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 2 tsp onion powder
- 2 tsp garlic salt
- 2 tsp ground black pepper
- 2 tsp hot sauce
- 1 tsp chili powder
Instructions
- In a medium bowl, whisk together ketchup, vinegar, molasses, brown sugar, Worcestershire, onion powder, garlic salt, black pepper, hot sauce, and chili powder until combined. Cover and refrigerate for up to 5 days.
Makes approximately 3½ cups.
