List of Ingredients
- ½ cup catsup
- ½ cup firmly packed light brown sugar
- 2 Tbsp cider vinegar
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- ½ tsp smoked paprika
- ¼ tsp ground red pepper
- ¼ tsp ground cumin
- 2 (15.5-ounce) cans white navy beans
- 1 cup chopped yellow onion
- 1 cup chopped green bell pepper
Instructions
- In a large bowl, whisk together catsup, brown sugar, vinegar, onion powder, garlic powder, paprika, red pepper, and cumin. Add beans, onion, and bell pepper. Transfer to a 2-quart ovenproof dish. Cover, and bake for 1 hour.
Makes 8 to 10 servings.
