Recipe Introduction
"A good bit of the pulled pork helps to tie together this simple recipe, along with some favorite condiments. The real kicker, however, is the actual smoke that the beans take on while reaching their bubbly delicious state on the smoker."
List of Ingredients
◦  4 (16.5-ounce) cans baked beans
◦  ½ pound pulled pork
◦  ½ cup ketchup
◦  ½ cup Cattleman's BBQ Smoky Base Barbecue Sauce
◦  ¼ cup yellow mustard
Recipe
Prepare smoker according to manufacturer's instructions with an area cleared of coals to create an indirect-heat area, bringing internal temperature to 250° F; maintain temperature 15 to 20 minutes.
Combine all the ingredients in a 13 x 9-inch aluminum foil disposable pan, and cover with aluminum foil.
Place foil pan on smoker over indirect heat; smoke 1 hour, maintaining temperature inside smoker around 250° F. Uncover and smoke until mixture is reduced and bubbly, about 20 minutes. Serve immediately.
