List of Ingredients
- ¾ cup mayonnaise (I use Duke's)
- â…“ cup sugar
- â…“ cup buttermilk
- 3 Tbsp distilled white vinegar
- ¾ tsp salt
- ½ tsp black pepper
- 1 head cabbage, finely shredded
- 1 large carrot, finely shredded
Instructions
- In a large bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, sugar, buttermilk, vinegar, salt, and pepper. Stir in the cabbage and carrot. Cover and refrigerate for at least 20 minutes and up to overnight before serving.
