    Bergamot Cologne

    List of Ingredients


    • 1/2 cup vodka
    • Zest from 1 orange
    • 1 tsp whole cloves
    • 1 tsp whole allspice
    • 6 drops essential oil of bergamot*


    Instructions


    1. Sterilize a glass container.

    2. Pour vodka into container. Add the orange peel, whole cloves, allspice, and bergamot oil. Shake well. Cap tightly and store in a cool, dry place for 1 to 2 weeks or until the scent is the strength you prefer.

    3. Strain through a paper coffee filter or muslin, and bottle. Use within 12 months.
