Creamy Rose Cream

List of Ingredients
- 1/2 cup rose water
- 1/2 tsp glycerin
- 2 Tbsp witch hazel
- 1/4 tsp borax
- 2 Tbsp white beeswax
- 1 tsp liquid lanolin
- 3 Tbsp almond oil
- 5 drops rose oil
Instructions
- In a saucepan over medium-low heat, heat the rose water, glycerin, witch hazel and borax until the borax has dissolved.
- In a double boiler, melt the beeswax, lanolin and almond oil over low heat. Slowly add the rose water mixture to the beeswax mixture. It will begin to turn milky and thicken. Turn off the heat and continue to stir as it cools, about 5 to 10 minutes. Add the rose oil a drop at a time, and continue to mix.
- Once thickened, pour the cream into lidded glass jars. This cream will keep for several months.
