    Lemon-Pineapple Foot Treatment

    List of Ingredients


    • 2 quarts warm water
    • ½ lemon
    • 2 Tbsp sea or kosher salt
    • 1 quart pineapple juice


    Instructions


    1. Fill a basin with the warm water, and get your feet wet.

    2. Dip the lemon half into the salt; gently rub the salted lemon over dry patches on your feet.

    3. Place your freshly scrubbed feet into the basin of water and slowly pour the pineapple juice over them; soak feet for 10 to 15 minutes. Pat dry and moisturize.


      WHY IT WORKS:
      "The lemon's acids and the coarse salt grains work together to remove any calloused skin," says Cox. "And warm water infused with bromelain -- a skin-softening enzyme found only in pineapple -- makes your feet soft."
