• 12 strawberries
  
• 2 tsp lemon juice
  
• 2 tsp whipping cream
  
• ½ tsp caster (superfine) sugar
  






Instructions



1. Liquidize all ingredients with a handful of crushed ice, and turn out into a wine glass. Garnish with a whole small strawberry.
   
   Makes 1 serving.
