List of Ingredients



• 1/4 cup passion fruit juice or nectar
  
• 1-1/2 oz. white, gold, or coconut-flavored rum
  
• 1 oz. Thai-style coconut milk
  
• 1 oz. Blue Curacao
  
• 1 Tbsp fresh lime juice
  
• 2 tsp superfine sugar
  
• Wedge of lime
  
• An orchid, as garnish
  






Instructions



1. In a shaker half-filled with ice, combine the passion fruit juice, rum, coconut milk, Curacao, lime juice and sugar. Shake until very cold. Pour the drink into an exotic glass (or strain it onto fresh ice, if desired). Squeeze the lime into the glass and discard; garnish with the orchid, and serve immediately.
