Carbonated: Pharmacy Fountain Chocolate Soda

List of Ingredients
- 3 Tbsp chilled chocolate-flavored syrup
- 2 Tbsp chilled whole milk
- ½ to ¾ cup chilled seltzer water or club soda
- 1 large scoop vanilla ice cream
- Sweetened whipped cream for garnish
- Maraschino cherry or chocolate curls for garnish
Instructions
- For each serving, combine the chilled milk and chocolate syrup in a 12-ounce chilled glass. Add the seltzer water to fill the glass three-quarters full and stir. Add the vanilla ice cream and top with seltzer water. If you're in an extravagant mood, garnish with sweetened whipped cream and a maraschino cherry or chocolate curls.
Makes 1 serving.
