    Coffee: Caramel-Chocolate Coffee

    Adapted from a recipe by Da Vinci Gourmet


    List of Ingredients


    • 1-1/4 cups milk
    • Optional: 1/4 cup whipping cream (or same amount of additional milk)
    • 1/2 cup good-quality chocolate sauce
    • 1/3 cup caramel syrup
    • 8 cups hot brewed coffee


    Instructions


    1. In a medium saucepan, heat together the milk, cream (if using) and chocolate sauce over medium heat. Stir well so that the chocolate dissolves. Remove pan from heat and stir in the caramel syrup.

      Pour the milk into the coffee and serve.

      Makes about 10 cups.
