Coffee: Chocolate Cafe au Lait

List of Ingredients
- 1/2 cup whipping cream
- 2 Tbsp sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1 ounce German sweet chocolate, grated (about 1/4 cup)
- 2 cups hot brewed coffee
- Chocolate curls (optional)
Instructions
- In a small mixer bowl, beat whipping cream, sugar and vanilla with an electric mixer on low speed until soft peaks form. Fold in the grated German sweet chocolate.
- Pour the hot brewed coffee into 4 coffee cups. Pipe or spoon a fourth of the whipped cream mixture over coffee in each cup. Top with chocolate curls. Serve at once.
Makes 4 (6-ounce) servings.
