• 1 cup heavy whipping cream
  
• 3 Tbsp instant coffee granules
  
• 5 cups milk
  
• ½ cup chocolate syrup, or to taste
  
• 4 cups prepared eggnog
  
• 2½ tsp vanilla extract
  
• 1 tsp rum extract -- or rum, brandy, or liqueur to taste
  






Instructions



1. Combine the cream and coffee granules in a small bowl and microwave 1 minute. Stir to make sure coffee has dissolved. In a large-capacity mixer (or in two batches), beat the milk, chocolate syrup, eggnog and coffee mixture to combine. Beat in vanilla and rum extract or liquor, if using. Chill and serve.
   
   Makes about 20 (4-ounce) servings.
