    Tea: Peach Mint Iced Tea

    List of Ingredients


    • 2 large ripe peaches
    • 2 Tbsp loose Darjeeling tea
    • 4 cups boiling water
    • 1 cup sugar
    • 1 cup water
    • 1 handful fresh mint sprigs


    Instructions


    1. Cut peaches in half and remove pits. Squish peaches by hand and add tea. Pour in boiling water. Let steep for 30 minutes, then strain.

    2. Mix sugar, 1 cup water and mint in a saucepan. Bring to a boil, then strain. Add to peach tea mixture. Shake to mix well.

      Serve (chilled) over ice and garnish with mint.

      Serves 4
