    Punch: Hibiscus Tea Punch

    List of Ingredients


    • 4 cups boiling water
    • 8 Red Zinger or hibiscus tea bags
    • 1-1/2 cups sugar
    • 1 (25.4-ounce) bottle sparkling apple cider, chilled
    • Garnish: Lemon wedges


    Instructions


    1. Pour 4 cups boiling water over tea bags. Cover; steep 10 minutes.

    2. Discard tea bags. Stir in sugar until dissolved. Chill until ready to serve.

    3. Stir in sparkling cider, and serve over ice. Garnish, if desired.

      Makes about 8 cups.
