Punch: Michael's Coffee Punch

List of Ingredients
- 2 cups whipping cream
- 2½ Tbsp sugar
- 2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 quart premium vanilla ice cream, softened and cut into pieces
- 8 cups cold strong coffee (brewed with 2 tsp ground cinnamon)
- Coffee liqueur (optional)
- Garnish: ground cinnamon
Instructions
- In a large bowl, beat cream at high speed with a mixer until soft peaks form; gradually add sugar, beating until combined. Reduce speed to low, and add vanilla.
- In a large serving bowl, combine ice cream and whipped cream. Pour coffee over ice cream mixture. Allow ice cream mixture to slightly soften.
- Gently stir mixture before serving. Top each serving with ½ teaspoon liqueur, if desired. Sprinkle each serving with ground cinnamon, if desired.
Makes about 1 gallon.
