    Shake: Coconut Cake Milk Shake

    List of Ingredients


    • 5 cups vanilla ice cream
    • ½ cup cream of coconut
    • ¼ cup whole milk
    • 1½ cups sweetened flaked coconut, toasted and divided
    • 2 Tbsp corn syrup


    Instructions


    1. In the container of an electric blender, combine ice cream, cream of coconut, and milk. Blend until smooth. Add 1 cup toasted coconut, and blend until combined.

    2. Pour corn syrup on a plate. Dip rims of serving glasses in corn syrup and then in remaining ½ cup toasted coconut. Pour milk shake into coconut-rimmed glasses. Serve immediately.

      Makes 3 servings.
