- 1 cup fat-free milk
- 1 pint lowfat frozen vanilla yogurt, softened
- 1 medium banana, coarsely chopped
- 1/2 cup fresh blackberries
Instructions
- Process all ingredients in a blender until smooth, stopping to scrape down sides. Serve smoothie immediately.
Makes 4 servings.
