    • 1 cup fat-free milk
    • 1 pint lowfat frozen vanilla yogurt, softened
    • 1 medium banana, coarsely chopped
    • 1/2 cup fresh blackberries


    Instructions


    1. Process all ingredients in a blender until smooth, stopping to scrape down sides. Serve smoothie immediately.

      Makes 4 servings.
