Smoothie: Chai Smoothie

List of Ingredients
- 1 cup milk
- 2 bananas, peeled and cut in chunks
- ½ tsp ground cinnamon
- 1/8 tsp ground cardamom
- 1/8 tsp ground coriander
- 1/8 tsp ground cloves
- 1/8 tsp ground black pepper
- 1 Tbsp honey (optional)
Instructions
- Place milk in blender. Add bananas, cinnamon, cardamom, coriander, cloves, pepper and, if using, honey. Blend until smooth.
