    Smoothie: Raspberry-Coconut-Lime Smoothies

    List of Ingredients


    • 1 (13.66-ounce) can coconut milk
    • 1 (12-ounce) package frozen raspberries
    • 1 cup cranberry-raspberry juice
    • 1/3 cup sugar
    • 2 Tbsp fresh lime juice
    • ¼ tsp coconut extract


    Instructions


    1. In the container of a blender, combine coconut milk, raspberries, cranberry-raspberry juice, sugar, lime juice, and coconut extract. Process until smooth.

      Makes 6 to 8 servings.
