- 2 ounces half-and-half
- 2 ounces chocolate-flavored liqueur
- 1 ounce almond-flavored liqueur

- Garnish: sliced almonds (optional)
Instructions
- Fill a martini shaker halfway with ice. Add half-and-half, chocolate liqueur and almond liqueur. Shake mixture vigorously for 5 to 10 seconds. Strain the contents of shaker into a chilled martini glass. (For a festive rim, first fill a shallow dish with corn syrup. Then fill another shallow dish with finely chopped almonds. Dip rim of glass into corn syrup, and then into the almonds.)
If desired, garnish by floating sliced almonds on top of the cocktail.
Makes one drink.
