- Lime zest
- Fresh lime juice
- Sugar
- ½ cup whipping cream
- 2 Tbsp sugar
- 1 Tbsp brandy
- 3 cups apricot nectar
- 4 ounces brandy
Instructions
- In 3 shallow bowls, add lime zest, lime juice, and sugar. Dip rims of each glass into zest, juice, and sugar. Set aside.
- In a small bowl, beat cream at high speed with a mixer until soft peaks form; gradually add sugar, beating until stiff peaks form. (Do not overbeat.) Stir in 1 tablespoon brandy. Chill.
- Pour 2/3 cup nectar and 1 ounce brandy into prepared glass; stir. Top each serving with about 2 tablespoons whipped cream. Serve immediately.
Makes 4 servings.
