Spirited: Banana-Coconut Daiquiri

List of Ingredients
- 2 ripe bananas, peeled and cut into chunks
- 1/4 cup lime juice
- 1/4 cup canned sweetened coconut cream
- About 3-1/2 cups small ice cubes
- About 1/2 cup rum (optional)
Instructions
- In a blender, whirl bananas with lime juice, coconut cream, and ice until smooth; add rum to taste. Pour into glasses.
Makes about 4-1/2 cups,
4 or 5 servings.
