Spirited: Blue Star Cocotini

List of Ingredients
- 2 large sprigs of mint
- 1 ounce (2 Tbsp) coconut rum
- 1/2 ounce vodka
- 1/4 ounce blue Curacao
- 1/2 ounce (1 Tbsp) fresh lime juice
- 1-1/2 to 2 ounces pineapple juice
- Garnish: star fruit slice (optional)
Instructions
- Place mint in cocktail shaker, then fill to the top with ice. Measure in rum, vodka, Curacao and fruit juices. Cap and shake vigorously for 30 seconds. Strain into a chilled martini glass (or you can serve it on the rocks).
Make a small slit in the star fruit slice and slip over the rim of the glass.
Makes 1 cocktail.
