Spirited: Caribbean Candy Cane

- 1½ ounces vodka
- ½ ounce anisette (Marie Brizard preferred)
- 1 ounce half-and-half
- Rose's Grenadine Syrup
Instructions
- Combine vodka, anisette and 1 ounce half-and-half in an ice-filled shaker. Shake and strain into a sugar-rimmed cocktail glass. Spoon in about ½ ounce Rose's Grenadine Syrup, which will sink to the bottom, creating the red flourish of a peppermint stick.
Garnish with mint sprigs and crumbled candy canes.
