Spirited: Coffee Cognac Cooler

List of Ingredients
- 8 ounces cold strong dark-roast coffee
- 3 ounces Cognac
- 2 ounces coffee liqueur
- 2 ounces double (heavy) cream
- 2 tsp sugar
- 2 scoops coffee ice cream
Instructions
- Shake or blend all of the ingredients (except the ice cream) together with plenty of crushed ice. Pour into tall glasses and gently add a scoop of ice cream to each. Garnish with chocolate shavings, and serve with a long-handled spoon.
Makes 2 servings.
