    Spirited: Coffee Cognac Cooler

    List of Ingredients


    • 8 ounces cold strong dark-roast coffee
    • 3 ounces Cognac
    • 2 ounces coffee liqueur
    • 2 ounces double (heavy) cream
    • 2 tsp sugar
    • 2 scoops coffee ice cream


    Instructions


    1. Shake or blend all of the ingredients (except the ice cream) together with plenty of crushed ice. Pour into tall glasses and gently add a scoop of ice cream to each. Garnish with chocolate shavings, and serve with a long-handled spoon.

      Makes 2 servings.
