List of Ingredients



• 2 ounces light rum
  
• 3 ounces guava nectar *
  
• ¾ ounce freshly squeezed lime juice
  
• 1½ tsp superfine sugar
  
• Garnish: star fruit or lime slice
  






Instructions



1. Mix all ingredients except the garnish in a cocktail shaker filled with ice. Strain into a tall glass filled with ice. Add garnish.
   
   Serves 1
   
   
   * Guava nectar can be found in the Hispanic food section of a grocery store, or at a Hispanic market.
