    List of Ingredients


    • 1 ripe papaya, peeled and seeded
    • 1 cup pineapple juice
    • 1/4 cup lime juice
    • 1 can (12 ounces) or 1-1/2 cups papaya nectar
    • 2 cups sparkling water
    • About 3/4 cup rum
    • Ice cubes


    Instructions


    1. In a blender, whirl papaya with pineapple juice and lime juice until smooth. Mix with papaya nectar and sparkling water; add rum to taste. Pour into chilled glasses; add ice cubes.

      Makes about 6 cups,
      6 servings.
