List of Ingredients
- 1 ripe papaya, peeled and seeded
- 1 cup pineapple juice
- 1/4 cup lime juice
- 1 can (12 ounces) or 1-1/2 cups papaya nectar
- 2 cups sparkling water
- About 3/4 cup rum
- Ice cubes
Instructions
- In a blender, whirl papaya with pineapple juice and lime juice until smooth. Mix with papaya nectar and sparkling water; add rum to taste. Pour into chilled glasses; add ice cubes.
Makes about 6 cups,
6 servings.
