Tea: Triple Mint Tea

List of Ingredients
- 2 tsp fresh (or 1 tsp dried) chocolate mint
- 2 tsp fresh (or 1 tsp dried) orange mint
- 2 tsp fresh (or 1 tsp dried) spearmint
Instructions
- Cover the herbs with 6 cups of simmering water. Let steep for 3 to 5 minutes. Serve warm or iced.

NOTES
Some people prefer the snappier bite of peppermint to the smooth, mellow spearmint, so here, too, it's good to play around with several combinations to find your favorites.
On a hot day, try it iced, with limeade ice cubes.
