    Punch: Ten-Gallon Tea Punch

    List of Ingredients


    • 3/4 cup instant tea powder
    • 1 quart cranberry juice cocktail, chilled
    • Two 6-oz. cans frozen orange juice concentrate
    • 1 (6-oz.) can frozen lemonade concentrate
    • 1 quart water, chilled
    • 1 (32-oz.) bottle ginger ale, chilled
    • 1 cup (1/2 pint) lime sherbet
    • 1 cup (1/2 pint) lemon sherbet
    • Orange and lime slices


    Instructions


    1. In a punch bowl combine tea, cranberry juice cocktail, juice concentrates, and water.

    2. Just prior to serving, add the ginger ale and top with scoops of sherbet. Serve with ice and garnish with orange and lime slices.

      Makes 20 servings (5 ounces each).
