List of Ingredients
â—¦ 2 ripe avocados
â—¦ 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
â—¦ 2 teaspoons plus 1 teaspoon everything-but-the-bagel seasoning
â—¦ 1 ½ teaspoons hot sauce
â—¦ 2 pumpernickel bagels, sliced in half crosswise
â—¦ 6 ounces thinly sliced smoked salmon
â—¦ ¼ cup thinly sliced red onions
â—¦ 1 radish, thinly sliced
â—¦ 2 teaspoons capers, rinsed
â—¦ 4 teaspoons fresh dill leaves
Recipe
Put the avocado, lemon juice, 2 teaspoons bagel seasoning, and the hot sauce in a food processor and pulse until creamy.
Toast the bagel halves.
Evenly spread each half with the avocado mixture. Divide and layer the salmon among the four bagel halves. Top each with some of the red onion, radish, capers, dill, and the remaining 1 teaspoon bagel seasoning.
