Banana Coffee Smoothie

"This is the ultimate I'm-in-a-hurry-and-trying-to-get-to-work smoothie. It's coffee and breakfast all in one, and what's not to love about the flavor combo of banana, chocolate, and coffee? More like a milkshake than a smoothie, in my opinion. If you want to pump it up even more, add a scoop of your favorite vanilla or chocolate protein powder."
List of Ingredients
â—¦ 1 frozen banana
â—¦ ½ cup almond milk
â—¦ ¼ cup brewed espresso, cooled
â—¦ 2 tablespoons raw almonds
â—¦ 1 tablespoon semisweet chocolate chips (or, for less sweet, 1 tablespoon cacao nibs or cocoa powder)
â—¦ Handful of ice
Recipe
Put all the ingredients in a blender and blend until completely smooth.
Serve immediately.
