    Breakfast/Brunch Ham & Eggs

    List of Ingredients


    • 9 eggs, beaten just until blended
    • 3 cups milk
    • 1-1/2 tsp dry mustard
    • 12 slices bread, crusts removed, cut in cubes
    • 1-1/2 cups shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
    • 1 cup diced cooked ham


    Instructions


    1. Butter a 13x9x2-inch baking dish. Beat the eggs in a medium-size bowl just until blended. Stir in milk and mustard, then the bread cubes, cheese and ham; mix gently. Pour into the prepared baking dish. Cover with plastic film and refrigerate overnight.

    2. An hour and a quarter before serving, heat the oven to 350 degrees (F).

    3. Uncover the baking dish and bake for one hour. Serve immediately.

      Makes 8 servings.
