Breakfast/Brunch Ham & Eggs

List of Ingredients
- 9 eggs, beaten just until blended
- 3 cups milk
- 1-1/2 tsp dry mustard
- 12 slices bread, crusts removed, cut in cubes
- 1-1/2 cups shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
- 1 cup diced cooked ham
Instructions
- Butter a 13x9x2-inch baking dish. Beat the eggs in a medium-size bowl just until blended. Stir in milk and mustard, then the bread cubes, cheese and ham; mix gently. Pour into the prepared baking dish. Cover with plastic film and refrigerate overnight.
- An hour and a quarter before serving, heat the oven to 350 degrees (F).
- Uncover the baking dish and bake for one hour. Serve immediately.
Makes 8 servings.
