Cheddar Egg Scramble

List of Ingredients
- 1/4 cup chopped onion
- 1/4 cup chopped green pepper
- 1 Tbsp butter, melted
- 4 large eggs, beaten
- 2 Tbsp milk
- 1/8 tsp seasoned salt
- 4 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 1/4 cup (1 ounce) shredded Cheddar cheese
Instructions
- Saute onion and green pepper in butter in a large skillet until tender. Combine eggs and next three ingredients; mix well. Pour egg mixture into hot skillet.
- Cook, without stirring, until egg mixture begins to set on bottom. Draw a spatula across bottom of pan to form large curds. Continue cooking until eggs are thickened, but still moist (do not stir constantly).
- Remove from heat. Sprinkle with cheese; cover and let stand 1 minute.
Makes 2 servings.
