Doc's Beat-Up Eggs

List of Ingredients
- 6 slices lean bacon
- 3 slices white bread
- 6 eggs (brown preferred)
- Salt, pepper, and paprika to taste
Instructions
- Fry bacon until crisp. Drain and crumble into small pieces. Toast the bread and break into small pieces.
- In a frying pan, scramble the eggs until almost done; add in the toast pieces and bacon. Add salt, pepper, and paprika to taste while the eggs are still in the pan. Serve immediately.
Makes about 3 servings.
