    Fresh Fruit with Honey Vanilla Yogurt

    Recipe Introduction

    "Here's a simple way to make fresh fruit a treat for breakfast. It's so easy to stir together and it lasts for a week in the refrigerator."

    List of Ingredients

    â—¦ 2 cups plain yogurt
    â—¦ 2 tablespoons good honey
    â—¦ ½ teaspoon pure vanilla extract
    â—¦ Seeds scraped from ½ vanilla bean (optional)
    â—¦ ½ pint fresh blueberries
    â—¦ ½ pint fresh raspberries
    â—¦ 1 pint fresh strawberries, hulled and cut in half
    â—¦ 1 papaya, peeled, seeded, and diced

    Recipe

    Combine the yogurt, honey, vanilla extract, and vanilla bean seeds, if using. Gently mix the berries and papaya together. Spoon the fruit into serving bowls and top with the yogurt.


    Serves 4 to 6
