Make-Ahead Breakfast Eggs

List of Ingredients
- 1 dozen eggs
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp pepper
- 1 Tbsp margarine
- 8 ounces sour cream
- 12 slices bacon, fried and crumbled
- 1 cup shredded sharp cheese
Instructions
- Beat eggs; stir in milk, salt and pepper. In skillet, melt margarine and pour in egg mixture. Cook until set but still moist. Cool, and stir in sour cream.
- Put mixture into a buttered 12x7-inch baking pan. Top with crumbled bacon and shredded cheese. Cover and refrigerate overnight.
- The next morning: Bake at 300 degrees (F) for 15 to 20 minutes.
