Glazed Bacon

- 1 lb. thick sliced bacon
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1 Tbsp Dijon mustard
- 2 to 3 Tbsp apple juice
Instructions
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Lay out strips of bacon evenly.
- Bake for 20 minutes at 350 degrees (F). Remove from oven. Drain off excess fat.
- In a small bowl, mix together the sugar, mustard and apple juice. Then brush the partially cooked bacon. Return to the oven and continue baking for 10 minutes, until glazed.
