"This is one of my go-to breakfast smoothies, and I'll also have it for an afternoon pick-me-up. The frozen banana and pineapple whips up into a creamy concoction that is more like ice cream, and the spinach is undetectable in flavor, only present in color. The mint adds this punch of freshness that just says, 'Today is gonna be a good day!'"
List of Ingredients
â—¦ 1 frozen banana
â—¦ ½ cup spinach
â—¦ 1 cup frozen pineapple pieces
â—¦ 2 to 3 fresh mint leaves
â—¦ ½ cup almond milk
â—¦ 1 scoop vanilla protein powder (optional)
Recipe
Put all the ingredients in a blender and blend until completely smooth.
Serve immediately.
